Custom Orders

• 2 dozen is the minimum order.

• Cookies range from $45-60 per dozen depending on design.

• All cookies come individually wrapped and boxed, unless requested otherwise.

• We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier's checks, Venmo, Zelle, and credit or debit cards for payment and deposits.

• 50% deposits and signed contracts are required for any order. Your order will not be completed without receiving both.

• Deposits are non-refundable. This takes away time from accepting other orders. An order may be canceled at any time, but deposits will not be refunded. A full 100% refund will be given if orders are canceled at fault of Icing Queens.

• If you are unsatisfied with your cookie order upon receiving, you must return 98% of the cookies for a refund within 24 hours of pick up. Photos of completed cookies are sent prior to pick up and reviewed upon pick up. If you receive your cookies with no complaints, it is not deemed a reason for refund.

• Cookies should NEVER be refrigerated.

• Cookies are best eaten within the first week of receiving.
