2224 Northwestern Ave, Racine, WI 53404 — Studio #212

Finding Us

If you’re approaching from the Northwestern roundabout, turn onto Albert Street.
You can also enter the complex from Northwestern Ave near the RAZA gas station.

Look for the large MALTWORKS sign, along with a ramp and steps leading to a large glass entrance marked 2224 — that’s where you’ll come in!

Once inside, follow the signs to Studio #212.

⏰ Arrival Timing

Please plan to be seated about 5 minutes before your class start time so everyone can settle in and we can begin decorating together.

🍪 Icing Queens Late Arrival Policy

At Icing Queens, our classes are designed to be relaxed, welcoming, and fun — and starting together helps everyone have the best experience possible.

Because decorating is taught step-by-step, classes begin promptly at the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early so you can get settled, say hello, and be ready when we begin.

⏰ Running a Little Late? (Up to 10 Minutes)

We understand that life happens! If you’re running late, please send us a quick message to let us know.

Guests arriving within 10 minutes of the start time are still welcome to join the class. However:

  • Instruction will continue as scheduled

  • We may not be able to repeat missed steps or provide full catch-up instruction

  • Late guests will complete any missed portions independently

Cookie decorating builds as we go, so arriving late may mean missing some techniques or demonstrations.

⏰ More Than 10 Minutes Late

If you expect to arrive more than 10 minutes after the class begins, we’ll happily help you reschedule for another class, free of charge, based on seat availability.

If space allows, we may also be able to move you into a later session the same day.

This helps us keep classes running smoothly and ensures every guest receives the full experience they signed up for.

🍪 No-Show Policy

If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive during your scheduled class time, your seats will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or transfer.
